Recipe: Vegan Cocoa Pancakes

Dry ingredients:

1 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 packet (1 oz.) MOMO COCOA Queen's Cocoa mix

Wet ingredients:
1 cup almond (or other nondairy milk)
2 tbsp. oil
1/4 cup chocolate chips

Sift/mix dry ingredients together.

Add wet ingredients and mix.

Add chocolate chips and stir until just combined.

Cook over medium heat.
