Classic Hot Cocoa

ADD A GENEROUS TABLESPOON OF MOMO COCOA TO ONE CUP OF MILK OF YOUR CHOICE.

HEAT OVER MEDIUM LOW HEAT, STIRRING OFTEN, UNTIL BUBBLES ARE JUST ABOUT TO BREAK THE SURFACE OF MILK.

DO NOT BOIL.

vegan cocoa pancakes

prep time: 10 mins

cook time: 35 mins

DRY INGREDIENTS:

1 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1/4 CUP SUGAR
2 TBSP. BAKING POWDER
1/4 TSP. SALT
1/2 PACKET (1 OZ.) MOMO COCOA QUEEN'S COCOA MIX

WET INGREDIENTS:
1 CUP ALMOND (OR OTHER NONDAIRY MILK)
2 TBSP. OIL
1/4 CUP CHOCOLATE CHIPS

SIFT/MIX DRY INGREDIENTS TOGETHER.

ADD WET INGREDIENTS AND MIX.

ADD CHOCOLATE CHIPS AND STIR UNTIL JUST COMBINED.

COOK OVER MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN AND FLUFFY!

Chocolatey Cocoa Cookies

2 1/4 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1 OZ. (1/2 PACKET) MOMO COCOA MIX
1 TSP BAKING SODA
3/4 CUP MELTED BUTTER
3/4 CUP BROWN SUGAR
1/2 CUP SUGAR
1 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT

WET INGREDIENTS:

3/4 CUP MELTED BUTTER
2 TBSP. OIL
1/4 CUP CHOCOLATE CHIPS

SIFT/MIX DRY INGREDIENTS TOGETHER.

ADD WET INGREDIENTS AND MIX.

ADD CHOCOLATE CHIPS AND STIR UNTIL JUST COMBINED.

COOK OVER MEDIUM HEAT.
