Classic Hot Cocoa
ADD A GENEROUS TABLESPOON OF MOMO COCOA TO ONE CUP OF MILK OF YOUR CHOICE.
HEAT OVER MEDIUM LOW HEAT, STIRRING OFTEN, UNTIL BUBBLES ARE JUST ABOUT TO BREAK THE SURFACE OF MILK. DO NOT BOIL.
Vegan Cocoa Pancakes

DRY INGREDIENTS:
WET INGREDIENTS:
SIFT/MIX DRY INGREDIENTS TOGETHER.
ADD WET INGREDIENTS AND MIX.
ADD CHOCOLATE CHIPS AND STIR UNTIL JUST COMBINED. COOK OVER MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN AND FLUFFY!
WET INGREDIENTS:
- 1 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
- 1/4 CUP SUGAR
- 2 TBSP. BAKING POWDER
- 1/4 TSP. SALT
- 1/2 PACKET (1 OZ.) MOMO COCOA QUEEN'S COCOA MIX
WET INGREDIENTS:
- 1 CUP ALMOND (OR OTHER NONDAIRY MILK)
- 2 TBSP. OIL
- 1/4 CUP CHOCOLATE CHIPS
SIFT/MIX DRY INGREDIENTS TOGETHER.
ADD WET INGREDIENTS AND MIX.
ADD CHOCOLATE CHIPS AND STIR UNTIL JUST COMBINED. COOK OVER MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN AND FLUFFY!
Chocolatey Cocoa Cookies

- 1 TSP BAKING SODA
- 3/4 CUP MELTED BUTTER
- 3/4 CUP BROWN SUGAR
- 1/2 CUP SUGAR
- 1 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT
WET INGREDIENTS:
- 3/4 CUP MELTED BUTTER
- 2 TBSP. OIL
- 1/4 CUP CHOCOLATE CHIPS
- SIFT/MIX DRY INGREDIENTS TOGETHER.
- ADD CHOCOLATE CHIPS AND STIR UNTIL JUST COMBINED.
- COOK OVER MEDIUM HEAT.
- 2 1/4 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
- 1/2 PACKET (1 OZ) MOMO COCOA QUEEN’S COCOA MIX
- 1 TSP SALT
- 1 CUP CHOCOLATE CHIPS
- 11+ MIN AT 375
Queen’s Biscotti with orange icing
- 1/2 cup coconut oil (melted)
- 2/3 cup Queen's Cocoa 1/3 cup organic cane sugar
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree (or another egg substitute for 2 large eggs)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 2 1/4 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp orange zest
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
