Classic Hot Cocoa

ADD A GENEROUS TABLESPOON OF MOMO COCOA TO ONE CUP OF MILK OF YOUR CHOICE.

HEAT OVER MEDIUM LOW HEAT, STIRRING OFTEN, UNTIL BUBBLES ARE JUST ABOUT TO BREAK THE SURFACE OF MILK. DO NOT BOIL.
Vegan Cocoa Pancakes 

Vegan Cocoa Pancakes

DRY INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
  • 1/4 CUP SUGAR
  • 2 TBSP. BAKING POWDER
  • 1/4 TSP. SALT
  • 1/2 PACKET (1 OZ.) MOMO COCOA QUEEN'S COCOA MIX

WET INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 CUP ALMOND (OR OTHER NONDAIRY MILK)
  • 2 TBSP. OIL
  • 1/4 CUP CHOCOLATE CHIPS

SIFT/MIX DRY INGREDIENTS TOGETHER.
ADD WET INGREDIENTS AND MIX.
ADD CHOCOLATE CHIPS AND STIR UNTIL JUST COMBINED. COOK OVER MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN AND FLUFFY!

DRY INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 1/4 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
  • 1 OZ. (1/2 PACKET) MOMO COCOA MIX
  • 1 TSP BAKING SODA
  • 3/4 CUP MELTED BUTTER
  • 3/4 CUP BROWN SUGAR
  • 1/2 CUP SUGAR
  • 1 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT

WET INGREDIENTS:
  • 3/4 CUP MELTED BUTTER
  • 2 TBSP. OIL
  • 1/4 CUP CHOCOLATE CHIPS
  • SIFT/MIX DRY INGREDIENTS TOGETHER.
ADD WET INGREDIENTS AND MIX.
  • ADD CHOCOLATE CHIPS AND STIR UNTIL JUST COMBINED.
  • COOK OVER MEDIUM HEAT.
  • 2 1/4 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
  • 1/2 PACKET (1 OZ) MOMO COCOA QUEEN’S COCOA MIX
  • 1 TSP SALT
  • 1 CUP CHOCOLATE CHIPS
  • 11+ MIN AT 375
 Queens Biscotti made from Momo Cocoa
Queen’s Biscotti with orange icing
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil (melted)
  • 2/3 cup Queen's Cocoa 1/3 cup organic cane sugar
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree (or another egg substitute for 2 large eggs)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • 2 1/4 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
Pre-heat to 350F. Whisk together your wet ingredients. Sift in your dry and mix, being careful not to over-mix. Stir in almonds. Grease a cookie sheet. Use slightly wet hands to separate dough in half. Make two flat loaves. Bake for 25 min. Take out of the oven, let cool for about 5 min., and slice to desired thickness - usually 3/4”. Place slices back on the pan on their sides and bake for another 15 min. Flip each slice over and bake for another 10. While they bake, make your icing using: 1/2 tsp orange zest 3 tbsp orange juice 1/2 tsp vanilla Powdered sugar (added until desired consistency is reached) Mix well and drizzle over cooled biscotti.
